LAKAZ D'ART IS BACK FROM CAPE TOWN
Last month, we had the chance to go to the Investec Cape Town Art fair which pulsed with some of the best contemporary African artists and art.
We came back completely mesmerised and inspired to continue boosting the arts here in Mauritius. We are more than ever confident of the importance of integrating art into our society. The fair has shown us how, through the arts, millions of people who did not have a voice for a very long time are now able to speak their truth. Lakaz d'Art too is looking forward to support local artists' voices. We all need to hear their truths.
